A1326LUA-T

The A1326LUA-T is an Allegro MicroSystems A1326 low-noise linear Hall-effect sensor IC with a factory-programmed sensitivity of 2.5 mV/G, in a 3-pin ultramini SIP through-hole package. It is the lowest-sensitivity member of the A1324/5/6 family, with the widest usable field range, and it provides an analog voltage output proportional to the applied magnetic flux density, with a quiescent output at half the supply and a ratiometric rail-to-rail output that tracks the supply voltage. The device integrates the Hall element, temperature-compensating circuitry, a high-gain amplifier, a clamped output stage and a dynamic offset cancellation technique on a single die, which gives a low-noise output, a stable offset and precise recoverability after temperature cycling. It operates from a single 4.5 V to 5.5 V supply, has a bandwidth of about 17 kHz, and works over an extended -40 °C to +150 °C range, and it is immune to mechanical stress for solid-state reliability. The 2.5 mV/G sensitivity suits a strong magnetic field and a larger air gap, where the higher-sensitivity parts would saturate, such as a coarse position or proximity measurement.
